Details that matter

• Our Chips are made from potatoes that are in season. We source the best potatoes in the world. If Irish weather produces a shortage of the quality we need, we go abroad—to France, Spain, Cyprus … wherever we can find the finest potatoes suitable for our customers.

• Our Potatoes are delivered fresh daily. We peel and chip over 5 tonnes of potatoes every week.

• Our Fish is fresh from the Atlantic Ocean, landed in Cork, supplied daily by local family-run businesses Ballycotton Seafood and The Good Fish Company

• Our Beef is reared on Irish farms and grazed on Emerald Green Irish land. This meat is known globally for premium quality and flavour.
